Allianz Insurance has enhanced its Claims proposition by launching a video streaming platform enabling its customers to send photos, video clips or conduct live video interactions with the company in support of their property claim.
When a customer instigates a claim, an Allianz Site View link is sent to them via text message or email. The customer can then choose to upload images, documents, video clips or start a live video feed, at a time which is convenient for them.
During the pilot, the speed of this technology has enabled Allianz to settle a number of claims more quickly and deliver an improved Net Promoter Score.
