Forrester has just released their 2017 Digital Process Automation Wave. This new DPA category replaces BPM and gives entirely new weight to what’s important to buyers in 2017. 

Pega has been THE clear Leader in BPM for many years, both in the width and depth of the product. However, with the new category adding in such areas as AI, Robotics, IoT, and customer journey visualization, it was not guaranteed that Pega would remain ahead of the market.

Nevertheless, this new report shows Pega earned the highest scores across 20 of the 32 available criteria. This puts Pega in a very dominant position when it comes to providing customers with a digital, unified customer engagement platform powered by AI.
